Workplace Harassment & Violence Prevention
This course helps participants recognize and define workplace harassment and violence as it relates to the 2018 Alberta OH&S Act. The program identifies system and personal security measures for preventing workplace violence and describes strategies for dealing with “different,” “difficult,” and “dangerous” people. The program also discusses how to recover from workplace harassment and violence.

Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Pass Mark
A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to pass this course. The course is able to be taken three times in efforts to achieve the pass mark.

Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
